Payment

• Your order will only be processed once payment is received.
• Payments via Paynow/Paylah (SimplyHappiness), Google pay (anghweekoon) to 97911466, or you can also cart out from this webpage.
• Kindly please screenshot the payment notice to 80230253.

Process and Procedure

• We require 3 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process the order after receiving payment.
• It will fall under customize order once it changes the design or item from the default design of the diaper cake/gift hamper. The process will be extended and will advise according.
• The sender will receive a photo of the completed diaper cake/gift hamper for approval. We will arrange next day delivery once the sender has approved. 
• We will message the recipient for a delivery schedule. If the delivery is unsuccessful (wrong delivery address, or no one to receive the gift hamper) will be sent back to us. We can rearrange for delivery at the cost of S$30.
• All products/items that go into the diaper cake/gift hamper are brand new and in good condition. In the delivery process, we will take care to protect and preserve the diaper cake/gift hamper. However, if you receive the diaper cake/gift hamper in poor condition, please don't hesitate to contact us at 80230253.
• Any information collected during Checkout is for our administering our business activities. Therefore, we do not share or transfer your information to third parties, except where it is necessary to process transactions or provide services that you have requested or are legally compelled.
• Cake designs and themes found on this site (Simply Happiness) are intellectual properties of Simply Happiness. Therefore, they shall not be duplicated, copied, or resold in any way.
